Duel Arena: Duel.com’s PvP Game Mode (12 Games, Any Stake)

BETA · live on duel.com/arena
Duel Arena is the player-versus-player section of Duel.com, live at duel.com/arena and marked BETA. It launched in October 2026 with 12 skill games: Poker, LinkedIn or Interpol, Color Find, Flappy Bird, Connect, Tranny or Not, 8 Ball, EthnoGuessr, Tetris, Wordle, Type Racer and Sudoku. You set your own stake, play one opponent, and the winner takes both stakes in full: Duel markets the Arena as 0% rake and 0 fees, forever. You can match against anyone, add friends, or invite someone by link or code.
Looking for the fights? Duel also runs a combat-sports promotion with the same name. Results from the Orlando card are on our Duel Arena 1 results page. This page covers the games.

Every Duel Arena Game

The lobby shows 12 tiles, each labelled “PvP game”. There are no house games here: every match is you against one other person, with Duel acting as the matchmaker and escrow. Here is the full list, in the order the lobby shows them.

How Duel Arena Works

  1. Pick a game and set a stake

Open duel.com/arena, choose a tile and set the amount you want to play for. There is no fixed bet ladder: you can bet any amount, so the same lobby works for a $1 Wordle race and a four-figure poker heads-up. Both players put up the same stake.

  2. Find an opponent

Three ways to fill the other seat:

    • Open match. Post the game and stake and wait for anyone on Duel to accept.
    • Friends. The right-hand panel has Friends, Requests and Add Friend tabs plus a search box. Add someone once and you can challenge them directly.
    • Invite by link or code. Share a match as a link or a short code. The other person hits Join Game in the top-right of the lobby, pastes the code, and the match starts once both stakes are locked. Pending invitations show in the Invites box under the friends panel.
  3. Play, then the winner takes the pot

Each game has its own win condition (see the table above). When the round ends the pot is paid to the winner’s balance. Because you are playing a person rather than the house, the usual 0% house edge framing from Duel Originals does not apply. Duel markets the Arena as 0% rake and 0 fees, forever: the winner receives both stakes in full, and the only edge in a match is the other player.

Game-by-Game Notes

Duel Arena Poker

The only traditional gambling game in the lobby, and the one with the biggest skill gap. It is heads-up, so aggression and hand-reading matter far more than in a full ring game. If you have never played heads-up, keep the stake small; a competent regular will take a beginner apart over a long session.

8 Ball

Turn-based pool against one opponent. Shot physics are consistent, so practice matters, and the player who has put in more hours usually wins. Good one to play against friends at even stakes.

Wordle, Sudoku and Type Racer

The three “same puzzle, who finishes first” games. Both players get an identical word, grid or passage, so luck is minimal. Type Racer in particular is almost pure skill: if you type 100+ words a minute, it is the closest thing in the Arena to a positive-expectation bet. If you do not, it is the fastest way to lose a stake.

Tetris and Flappy Bird

Score-attack arcade games. Flappy Bird is short, swingy and nerve-driven; Tetris rewards stamina and stacking discipline. Both are easy to understand for a first match, which is why they tend to be where new players start.

Connect and Color Find

Connect is connect-four with money on it: solved in theory, but at speed most people make mistakes. Color Find is a reaction game where you spot the odd-coloured tile first. Rounds are quick, so sessions move fast.

EthnoGuessr, LinkedIn or Interpol, Tranny or Not

Duel’s photo-judgement games, built in the same chaos-marketing spirit as its live blackjack streams. EthnoGuessr (guess a face’s origin, closest wins) was the first Arena game to go public, in a private beta before the full lobby launched. LinkedIn or Interpol asks whether a headshot is a professional profile or a wanted notice. The third carries a name Duel chose, not us; we list it because it is in the lobby.

Duel Arena Games FAQ

What is Duel Arena on Duel.com?

Duel Arena is the player-versus-player game mode inside the Duel.com casino, found at duel.com/arena. Instead of betting against the house, you stake money against another player on a skill game such as Poker, 8 Ball, Wordle, Tetris or Type Racer. The mode launched in beta in October 2026 with 12 games.

Which games are in Duel Arena?

At launch: Poker, LinkedIn or Interpol, Color Find, Flappy Bird, Connect, Tranny or Not, 8 Ball, EthnoGuessr, Tetris, Wordle, Type Racer and Sudoku. Every tile in the lobby is labelled “PvP game”, so there are no house games in the Arena section.

How much can you bet in Duel Arena?

You choose the stake per match, and there is no fixed ladder: you can bet any amount your balance covers. Both players put up the same stake and the winner takes the pot. Start small while you learn a game, because an opponent who grinds Type Racer or 8 Ball all day has a real skill edge.

Can I play Duel Arena against friends?

Yes. The Arena has a Friends panel with Friends, Requests and Add Friend tabs. You can search for a user, send a friend request, then invite them to a match. You can also share a match invite link or an invite code, which is the easiest way to play someone who is not on your friends list yet.

How do I join a Duel Arena game?

Use the Join Game button in the top-right of the Arena lobby and enter the code or open the link your opponent shared. To start your own match, pick a game tile, set a stake and either wait for an opponent or invite one.

Is Duel Arena 0% house edge like Duel Originals?

It is a different model. Duel Originals are house games with a 0% house edge claim. Duel Arena matches are player-versus-player, and Duel takes no cut: the winner receives both stakes in full. Duel markets the Arena as 0% rake and 0 fees, forever, so the only edge in the room is the other player’s skill.

Is Duel Arena the same as the Duel Arena fight promotion?

No. Duel.com also runs a combat-sports promotion called Duel Arena, whose first card was Duel Arena 1 in Orlando in August 2026. Same owner, same name, completely separate product. This page is about the PvP games section inside the casino.

Is Duel Arena the RuneScape Duel Arena?

No. The Old School RuneScape Duel Arena was a staking minigame that Jagex removed in July 2022. Duel.com’s Arena is unrelated, apart from the name.

Do I need a code to use Duel Arena?

You need a Duel.com account. If you are creating one, enter referral code DUEL5 at signup; it cannot be added afterwards. The Arena itself is open to any logged-in, funded account while in beta, though availability can vary by region.
